Pro Legal is now capable of handling your e-Filing requests through our secure web portal for all State Courts that now accept or mandate e-Filing. You will be able to create, review, file and track the entire filing process virtually, from any location, which has access to the internet, via our secure website.  ProLegal offers the option for our customers to log into our secure portal and e-File the documents themselves, or we can e-file the documents on our client’s behalf.

ProLegal is currently offering e-Filings for all of the California Counties that have made e-filing mandatory (including: Orange, San Diego, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo, Fresno, Merced, Kern, Santa Cruz, and Monterey).
