ProLegal will complete Court Filings, Court Research, Recordings, and Sheriff Department Writ Account Openings for every State, Federal, and Appellate Court/Recorder in all 58 California Counties as well as across the entire United States.  Your company may request court services in any manner: e-mail, fax, overnight delivery, secure web-based portal, or we will physically pick up from your office.  Whichever method you choose, our court services staff, including our in-house court runners and special assignment handlers are fully licensed, bonded, registered, and insured to guarantee your assignments are handled with proper care and security.

As with all of our Support Services court and court related work, You will be issued a control number and a confirmation will be sent to your email that your document has been received and is in the process of being completed. With that control number, you can track and status your order at anytime. Once your assignment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation through your email with a time, date, signature, etc. You will also receive a scanned face page of your “Conformed Copy” along with the hard copy for your file.
